1 of 13What question are you asked the most when you tell someone you're a blogger/content creator?
How did you get started?
2 of 13How do brands find you?
Usually they send a direct email to my contact email on Instagram or I reach out to them on influencer platforms.
3 of 13Is there anything that you believe a brand should know before they begin reaching out to influencers?
To compensate their influencers if they love their creative content and want to work with them.
4 of 13What one tool for your content or your business can you not live without?
My dslr camera and photo editing tools like Lightroom and Photoshop
5 of 13How do you decide how much to charge a brand?
It’s roughly about 10% of what your following number is and brands always try to negotiate down so I would say generally charge more and be willing to negotiate lower.
6 of 13What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome when starting out?
To be consistent. The beginning is the hardest part cause your page grows slowly and you won’t receive any compensation for the work you put in.
7 of 13How do you personally keep your content true to your voice while also delivering value to a brand?
Have an open communication with the brand on what your audience best responds to so that they have flexibility on the creative content I produce
8 of 13What is the biggest challenge you face now that you have an established audience?
Staying authentic without fear of judgment or sacrificing privacy.
9 of 13How did you grow your audience when you started out?
I really engaged with my community by commenting on other blogger’s pages in the same niche.
10 of 13What helps you maintain your motivation to continue creating content?
Being inspired by other bloggers’ creative work and the instant gratification I get from each post. You see how your page evolves and learn more about your followers everyday.
11 of 13What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out in content creation?
Focus on staying consistent and constantly engage with your audience and comment on their pages.
12 of 13What is your most defining piece of content in your opinion? Why?
What you say no to defines you. Bloggers get a lot of free products and some brands are willing to pay a lot for sponsored content but what you say no to also helps define your brand and gives you a clear vision for your brand. There are some opportunities you need to say no to.
