What do you blog about? How did you get started?

I think they find me from my blog being linked from reviews and from Instagram as well.
3 of 13Is there anything that you believe a brand should know before they begin reaching out to influencers?
Hmm, tough one. Maybe they should know a little bit about them and their background.
4 of 13What one tool for your content or your business can you not live without?
I cannot live without my grammarly app! It spell checks everything for me ha.
5 of 13How do you decide how much to charge a brand?
I charge a flat rate for brands. Unless they ask me to do something differently.
6 of 13What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome when starting out?
Getting not only brands but people to believe in me and my blog.
7 of 13How do you personally keep your content true to your voice while also delivering value to a brand?
I like to speak from experience. I keep it fun and personal so my voice is always true to whatever I am delivering.
8 of 13What is the biggest challenge you face now that you have an established audience?
Probably the pressure to continue to deliver good content Sometimes I get so wrapped up in writing.. I think “will my audience like this?” The pressure is definitely on at times.
9 of 13How did you grow your audience when you started out?
I focused on one aspect at a time. For example I use to be really into nail art so I started showcasing my nails, I got audience from that. Then I got into fitness I gained audience from that then mom life, blogging etc. etc.
10 of 13What helps you maintain your motivation to continue creating content?
I love what I do. I genuinely love writing. If nobody ever read my blog again id still continue to write because I love it.
11 of 13What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out in content creation?
Be true to you. Don’t write about what's in, write about what you love.
12 of 13What is your most defining piece of content in your opinion? Why?
That’s super hard. I have written over 200 post and worked with over 100 companies I can't really say. But anything with my kids in it is always one of my favorite pieces.

It would be a dream come true to work with Target someday.
