Emarsys Integration with ViralSweep

Today we're releasing an integration with Emarsys. Emarsys is a B2C marketing automation platform that enables brands to deliver personal customer interactions across email, mobile, social, SMS, and web – at scale.Emarsys is the largest independent marketing platform company in the world, bringing together machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence in an innovative, easy-to-use integrated platform that allows the marketer to bridge the gap between data and true personalization.

What Are the Benefits of the Emarsys Integration?

Instead of manually exporting your entries from ViralSweep and importing them into Emarsys, you can now run campaigns through ViralSweep and automatically send all subscriber information to your Emarsys account.

How Does the Integration Work?

You will need to open a ticket with Emarsys asking them to enable ViralSweep on your account. Once added, the Emarsys integration is as simple as grabbing your Emarsys API User and Emarsys API Secret and plugging it into ViralSweep.

What Data Will Pass From Viralsweep to Emarsys?

At the moment, ViralSweep can only pass data from preset form fields within our system. We cannot pass data from any custom fields that you set up.The following fields will pass through to Emarsys from ViralSweep:

First Name
Last Name
Email
Address
City
State
Phone
Birth date [MM/DD/YYYY]
Referral URL

Can I send automated emails to my entrants from my Emarsys account?

Yes! Within Emarsys, you can set up an email that is automatically sent the second they are added to your Emarsys account.In that email, you can thank the user for entering the promotion and provide them with more information about your company and or a discount/coupon on their next purchase.
