Infinity On Hannah shares their favorite tools, how they grow their audience, how they find sponsors, and more.
1 of 13What question are you asked the most when you tell someone you're a blogger/content creator?
“What made you want to become a content creator?”
2 of 13How do brands find you?
Brands find me through social media or through other creators in the music community on YouTube.
3 of 13Is there anything that you believe a brand should know before they begin reaching out to influencers?
They should know that creators are more likely to work with a brand that is already related to the content they put out.
4 of 13What one tool for your content or your business can you not live without?
I could definitely not live without my laptop. I use it to edit everything and it holds a lot of the content I’ve already made.
5 of 13How do you decide how much to charge a brand?
I generally base it off of what they ask me to do, how known they are as a brand, and how large my audience is.
6 of 13What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome when starting out?
The biggest challenge for me was finding a style and remaining consistent with the type of content I put out. It can be tough in the beginning when you don’t know anyone on the platform, and you feel like no one’s paying you any attention. But as time went on I started to meet some awesome people in the community so now I feel right at home.
7 of 13How do you personally keep your content true to your voice while also delivering value to a brand?
I try to only talk about brands and products that I know my audience would be interested in. That way it’s natural for me to promote.
8 of 13What is the biggest challenge you face now that you have an established audience?
Staying motivated and keeping people interested in my videos is a big challenge. Even though I have a dedicated audience, not all of them will tune in to every single video so that’s always hard. I have to carefully plan out content that both my viewers and I will like.
9 of 13How did you grow your audience when you started out?
I was just really consistent and made a lot of friends who made similar content. Doing collabs with them helped with networking and finding more viewers.
10 of 13What helps you maintain your motivation to continue creating content?
Positive comments help my motivation and keep me going. I also have to enjoy what I’m creating, that way it doesn’t feel so much like work.
11 of 13What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out in content creation?
Create a schedule for yourself and stay consistent so that people know when you’ll be putting out new content.
12 of 13What is your most defining piece of content in your opinion? Why?
I would say a defining piece of content for me is the “My Music Taste Over the Years” video where I talk about the evolution of my taste in music from when I first got into it through age 20. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIKU-ZpKooY
13 of 13What brands would you most like to work with?
I think SeatGeek would be the biggest goal for me. They work with a ton of massive creators so I trust them as a brand and their service is really great as well. Since they are a ticketing app, and my channel is music based, my audience would benefit easily.
